CNC Desk Top Mill
CNC Desk Top Mill
This Desk Top Mill was my entry way into CNC machining allowing me the opportunity to learn more about G-code, CAM, and more about machining. The machine runs on GRBL a g-code-parser and CNC milling controller that runs on Arduino. It has been upgrade to utilize a larger 500W spindle allowing for aluminum to be milled.

To test the fitment of the assembly I 3D printed a version out of PETG, and decided to test it once assembled. It worked surprising well with very conservative speed and feeds so I opted to machine the parts instead of getting them laser cut.
